Often weight loss is confused with fat loss from the body. Level of well-being of a person depends on the level of fat in the body. Fat, simple speaking, is energy stored in your body for emergency and unplanned and uncontrolled fat loss from the body can be dangerous.

“Good” sources of protein which are low on fat are low fat dairy products such as cottage cheese, yoghurt and skimmed milk; fish. For building muscles protein is essential.
Also carbohydrates are essential for the body as source of energy. Body can consume them slowly and that’s why they act as natural appetite suppressants. Recommended products include fruits, vegetables, beans and whole grain products.
Don’t forget to include fibre rich products into your “good” food list. Besides natural hunger suppression they also help you to get rid of some fats and proteins while passing through the body. Apples, beans, broccoli, brown rice, nuts and bran are good fibre foods.
Water! Especially ice cold. Ice cold water in your body cools it down and your body uses more calories heating itself up.
